rebecca: I am a Vegan Natural Foods Chef, and I live in Roseville California with my husband, my daughter, and puppy, Cooper. I LOVE to cook, and share my recipes, experimentations, and nutrition information with everyone I possibly can! I truly believe in the benefits of a well balanced plant based diet, and am amazed at how delicious the food growing from this earth can be. Food was meant to be nutritious, and one of the greatest pleasures of life. I originally started this blog when I lived in San Francisco and first got certified as a Natural Foods Chef. Three years later I am expanding the blog as I am now a mother and am enjoying working on a small vegan bakery...
